Are multi-language Tc&Cs on the roadmap?

Just trying to understand your request a bit more.
Lets say you have 3 different language authentication screens - English, Spanish and French
Do you want different links to different T&Cs for each unique language authentication page?
Yes! Otherwise, people speaking only Spanish will get link to English T&C which obviously are not understandable for them
So, if I selected X languages as supported, we could be able to paste different links for each of them

So at the moment, you can solve your use-case by implementing a custom sign-up screen for each screen with a different language. On each of these screens you can add a link to the specific T&Cs for that language. You still want to pass in the relevant language parameter (lang) for each language screen so all the text in the flow uses the specified language (see the Enable multiple languages for authentication doc).
I would suggest having a look at the following info:

We are currently building a new feature where you can customise the HTML and CSS on all pages in the authentication flow (on Kinde hosted pages). This will allow you to add custom links to T&Cs and logic that displays a certain HTML/CSS based on logic - e.g.
• If French: show French HTML/CSS
• Else if Spanish: show Spanish HTML/CSS
...
etc.
