why refresh tokens are the problem?

I can understand 1 logging off, but not 3 in a row as my user suffered

Hey Christian. Understandably frustrating. I'll keep trying to help. Can you tell me which SDK or framework you are using, your kinde business domain, and what auth methods you have enabled. Do all the people experiencing issues use the same sign in method?
