Users experiencing Sorry, you do not have access to this organization error across multiple organizations

Hi team,
We have just started receiving an error "Sorry, you do not have access to this organization" for multiple users across different organizations when they try to login. Is there an ongoing issue? I can't see any changes done on our end.
