Also, that text is impossible to translate when adding another language like spanish
Hey there isn't a way currently to customise the accept policies text. I have passed this along to the team to consider supporting it like we do with the marketing text label.

Hey this is actually just a bug in the Designer / preview mode, it does actually render the correct translated text live.
That said, there should be a fix for the designer view tomorrow
