Kinds management api authorization error in new environment

Hello! could you please help me.
I created a new environment with settings identical to all my previous ones. However, when attempting to authorize the Kinde Management API, I'm receiving the error: "Only M2M applications can access the Kinde Management API." In my other environments, everything works fine. What could be the issue?

All previous environments use the "Back-end web" application type, and the Kinde Management API is authorized and works fine there. However, in the newly created environment today, I'm getting this error. Has something changed in your configuration that now prevents activating the Kinde Management API for "Back-end web" applications? 🤔

Yes, we did make a change that restricts Kinde API access to M2M applications. However, we implemented this restriction in such a way as to not break anyone's existing setups. From here on, the restriction applies to all new applications.
