Hey, it looks like there is not any way for me to update the users profile picture via PATCH. Is there anything built into Kinde, which allows the users can update their profile picture?

Kinde currently only sets profile pictures if one is passed through the email provider on sign up/sign in, e.g. passed from Google, etc. We don't have a way to manually manage user profile pictures. We do use Gravatar as a fallback, so perhaps your users could set their pictures there.
