Require that the user clicks on the Marketing Checkbox...

...that way I could use the marketing checkox as a Terms and Condition checkbox.

Currently it doesn't seem to be possible to add a checkbox that the user has to approve before signing up

Great idea, I have recorded your interest in this.

A workaround would be to use a custom sign up/sign in page and have the logic there and then use the API to record the users action in Kinde. https://docs.kinde.com/authenticate/custom-configurations/custom-authentication-pages/?r=search#_top
