Please please please add a delete all users button

Hey @IkiTg07,

I had +300 users and needed to delete all of them at once and it was painful. Had to rely on the management-api. We should have a ui component for that please.

Bulk delete via Kinde Admin is on our radar.

If you click on the Users link (see the attached image), it will redirect you back to the Users list page.
