custom domain

i have configured my subdomain 'https://accounts.coachbots.com/' but it shows privacy error. my other subdomains are running without any issues

Usually it just needs time to propagate

i added this like -3months ago. was working fine till today but idk suddenly it's giving n privacy error

need to know problem is from kinde side or my domain provider
