500 Error code when trying to log in on production

Hello, on our production environment, we receive this 500 error message when trying to login:

Server experienced an error it couldn't recover from.
Error code b253c26ee8f749f6bab0cdb8fe4bfe3f

The url is /auth/cx/_:nav&m:start_authentication_pipeline&lid:1fc2e992-6bed-4438-a8b1-a3490695b795
We have not made any changes to our web application. Can anyone help?

Also Kinde admin portal url returns a 500 error

Hi @madmaniac Sorry for later reply. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, could you tell us what region you are in, your business name and Kinde domain
No, I send an email to support. They replied, confirming there were elevated amount of 500's in EU and that they were investigating. 10-15 minutes after, it was resolved.
