The url is /auth/cx/_:nav&m:start_authentication_pipeline&lid:1fc2e992-6bed-4438-a8b1-a3490695b795 We have not made any changes to our web application. Can anyone help?

No, I send an email to support. They replied, confirming there were elevated amount of 500's in EU and that they were investigating. 10-15 minutes after, it was resolved.
