400 errors being reported - we are investigating now and posting a fix

I would like to understand what caused the issue. Could you please provide details about the problem and any measures being taken to prevent it from happening again?
Actually we have 119 customers on prod and this problem was reported by almost everyone.

I’m so sorry to hear that many of your customers were affected by this issue - that’s definitely not the experience we strive to provide.
We deployed code to fix a minor issue with persisting state for single-page applications (SPAs) using custom domains with a public suffix (e.g. .
co.uk
, .
qld.gov.au
). Unfortunately, this update contained code that inadvertently caused some customers to go offline.
As soon as we received reports of the impact, we quickly reverted the code to minimise disruption. The downtime was an unexpected result of the update. Since then, we’ve redeployed the fix with no further issues detected.
