i was wondering if do we have any toggle to enabled it or if it's feasible

After speaking to my team, there should be nothing blocking Google Password Manager from offering to save the password (in a popup) after a user authenticates into your application in Chrome.
I was able to reproduce an experience where your screenshotted Google Password Manager
popup was shown after I authenticated with my web app with Kinde.
Are you able to check that your "Offer to save passwords" setting in Chrome is enabled (Settings > Passwords > Offer to save passwords)?
