Customizing the Business/Application Name Sent in Emails

Question

Hello, I'm looking to customise the business/application name sent in emails... currently I get our business name:

Please use the code below to confirm your email address and continue on Globacap Technology Limited

I've tried following this guide: https://docs.kinde.com/design/emails/email-notifications/#change-who-verification-emails-are-sent-from

However I want to use different names for different environments, but the business name setting seems to affect all environments. The email sender name seems to be environment specific though, which is good. How can I do this?

Hi Simon, thanks for detailing what you are trying to achieve. What's the driver behind having a different name for each of the environments of your account?

Right now, the business name within the body of the email content cant be changed, setting up a customer SMTP provider helps to bring the send name in line with the content. The ability to completely customize the email content is on the team's radar and might be out late Q1 or early Q2. Do you have timeline you need this by?

Hi Simon, I can let you know we have POC of being able to change the email copy. So I would say that before the end of Feb it will be live.

Thanks for getting back to me @Andre - Kinde! Our product is available as a white-labelled offering where our clients name is the one the end user is expecting to see, with our name only appearing as "powered by".

Being able to change the email copy sounds great... will look forward to that! End of February sounds good as well. Happy to test early if there is a beta?
