No it was nothing you done, It resolved itself while I was looking into it. I will dig a little more.

Hi @Ricardo van Laarhoven, we looked into this and found an edge case where our caching could get out of sync, we have patched this. Its our belief that this is the likely cause if the image failing to load. Please let us know if this occurs again.
